Challenge

Our Client is a multinational consulting firm in the technology sector offering a wide range of solutions and services, including consulting, infrastructure services, implementation, development and maintenance of applications, and outsourcing services. With a total turnover of €375 million in 2017 and a workforce made up of more than 4,000 highly qualified professionals, already has a direct presence on five continents.

This professional will be integrates in research projects for European Commission, which range from electrical engines to catastrophes prevention, water management, nuclear security, among others.

This person will participate in the development of dynamic interactive web based software for multi-criteria analysis. The numerical algorithms are already developed in MATLAB. All interfaces have to be developed by this person.

Profile

• EU Citizenship (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Extensive knowledge of software architectures and software design patterns
• Extensive knowledge of Rich Internet Applications software architectures and of modern design patterns for graphical user interfaces (e.g. Model-View-Viewmodel, Flux and Redux, Atomic Design and web components).
• Proficient knowledge (at least 18 months) of JavaScript and AJAX programming
• Effective, advanced hands-on experience (minimum 12 months) with at least one JavaScript framework among the following: Angular 2+, React, Knockout.js, ExtJS.
• Extensive expertise with front-end programming and web layout specification (HTML5, xHTML, CSS3 / Less / Sass, responsive layout, cross-compatibility of code)
• Good knowledge of .Net (C#) and back-end development in the .NET environment is a plus.
